- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers and resolve their queries.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers over the phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, or promotions.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with potential leads to close sales or answer any pending questions.
- Keep track of customer interactions and feedback.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Keep records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for future reference.
- **Achieve Targets**:

- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the management.
- Work proactively to achieve individual and team goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduates preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or a related field (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- **Communication**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Arabic.
- Ability to convey information effectively and persuasively.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and data entry skills).
- **Other Qualities**:

- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based
- Timings: 9:30 AM To 6:00 PM

**Salary**: Competitive, with incentives based on performance.

**Benefits**: Work Visa*, insurance*, Sim card & Laptop (t&c applies)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
