Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of fast-growing team of novomind in Middle East? novomind MEA is the Middle East, Africa and North Africa operation for novomind (software house based in Germany). As of now we are looking for a Personal Assistant/Admin for our Dubai office.
General responsibilities:
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations.
- Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
- Support the Accountant and Audit team.
- Basic PRO duties fulfilling including full communication with the Government entities.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Organizing events and conferences
