Boat Captain

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Operate and Navigate Vessels**: Safely operate and navigate boats and watercraft in various water conditions, considering weather, traffic, and other factors.

**Passenger Safety**: Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers on board, including providing safety briefings and instructions.

**Navigation Planning**: Plan and chart navigation routes, taking into account weather conditions, water depth, and other navigational factors.

**Vessel Maintenance**: Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of vessels, including engine checks, cleaning, and necessary repairs.

**Communication**: Maintain effective communication with crew members, shore personnel, and other vessels using marine radios and other communication equipment.

**Emergency Response**: Implement emergency response procedures in the event of accidents, adverse weather conditions, or other emergencies.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Boat Captain or similar role.
- Valid Captain's License issued by the appropriate maritime authority.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong navigation and piloting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform duties in various weather conditions.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
