Shuttering Chargehand

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Supervise all shuttering or formwork activities, including installation and dismantling.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Inspect formwork for safety and quality making necessary adjustments.
- Assign tasks and manage a team of shuttering carpenters and laborers.
- Provide training and guidance to workers on proper shuttering techniques and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with concrete teams to ensure timely work execution.
- Monitor the use of materials, ensuring efficient usage and minimizing wastages.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols on-site.
- Keep accurate records of daily work progress, including labor and material usage.

**Job qualifications/requirements**
- Vocational certification or diploma in shuttering, carpentry, or a construction-related trade.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shuttering with previous leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of shuttering systems, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and ensure work adheres to technical drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
