**Job Title**: eCommerce Accountant
**Location**: Hamriyah Free Zone, UAE
**Salary Range**: 10,000 - 15,000 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

**Role Summary**:
As an eCommerce Accountant at Fresh Start FZE, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our eCommerce operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation for our online sales channels. Your expertise in P&L analysis and budgeting will contribute to the overall financial success of our eCommerce business.
**Qualification Summary**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in the eCommerce industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting, and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L reports, for our eCommerce operations
- Monitor and track eCommerce revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Develop and maintain budgets for eCommerce activities
- Perform regular reconciliations of eCommerce transactions and accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement within the eCommerce operations
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections for eCommerce sales
**Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and payment gateways
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with UAE tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
**Nice to Have**:
- Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA)
- Experience with international eCommerce operations
- Knowledge of customs and import/export regulations
