Factory Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman with a background in joinery for our interior design company. The role involves managing daily factory operations, coordinating with designers, and ensuring efficient production and material use.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise joinery production to meet project deadlines.
- Read shop drawings and calculate required materials.
- Maintain stock of wood, tools, nails, glue, and other essentials.
- Create purchase lists and coordinate with suppliers for timely orders.
- Inspect products for quality, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety standards.
- Oversee tool and equipment maintenance and supervise factory staff.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in joinery and factory supervision.
- Proficient in reading shop drawings and material calculation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure safety protocols are followed.
