**Job Summary**

To Support the activities in the OCTG Yard operations includes Loading & Offloading
- Check vehicles before driving them to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles to your supervisor.
- Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle service and repair status.
- Read job cards to determine assignment details.
- Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading /unloading, operating any special equipment safely as necessary. Give directions to laborers who are assisting to load the cargo onto trailers. When maneuvering follow signals given; check that vehicle is positioned correctly and safely. Climb ladders to inspect loads after loading is complete, to ensure that cargo is secure. Remove any debris from trailers after loading is completed.
- Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate. Check conditions of trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure that there has been no damage.
- Obtain receipts or signatures when loads are delivered.
- Carry out Tally Jobs for OCTG
- Ensure that changes in Stock location is noted and provide daily updates to OCTG Supervisor.
- Assist in lashing and securing container shipments. - Assist in packing Jobs where required.
- Follow appropriate safety procedures when transporting dangerous goods.
- Safe Cargo stowage in yard.
- Yard (Inbound/Outbound/Packing) - Materials (Size, Qty, type of packing and condition of materials) to be verified and docs (Offload/Load out/Shifting note) to be cross signed by QC.

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (required)
- OCTG ( Oil Country Tubular Goods): 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Forklift & light vehicle License (required)
