**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Fashion Garment Technologist, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition from design concept to final product. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with designers to understand the technical aspects of their vision and providing valuable input during the design phase.
- Translating design concepts into detailed technical specifications, including measurements, patterns, and construction methods.
- Conducting thorough fitting sessions and making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and comfort of garments.
- Identifying potential production challenges and working proactively to find innovative solutions that maintain the integrity of the design.
- Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to source suitable fabrics, trims, and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Garment Technologist within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in pattern-making, grading, and garment construction techniques.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for achieving impeccable fit and quality.
