We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer specializing in social media, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling content for various social media platforms. Your designs will not only engage our audience but also drive brand awareness and contribute to our marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative and creative design concepts for products.
- Create key visuals and campaign concepts that align with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the product design and marketing teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual content for product modeling.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute unique ideas.
- Design creative elements in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator as per project requirements by ensuring consistency in layout, design, branding.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements to understand project objectives.
- Conceptualize visuals (Illustrations, logo) based on given requirements, translating ideas into compelling designs.
- Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas.
- Skillfully utilize appropriate colors and layouts to enhance the visual appeal of each graphic.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide guidance to the Design team on best practices for design creation.
- Amend designs based on constructive feedback to continually improve and refine the final product.
- Ensure that all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistently on-brand.
- Lead the creative ideation process, from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with our project goals and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within the furniture and related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and furniture-related projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
- Knowledge of furniture industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
