**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems to support signage and media operations.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect company data and systems.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to digital signage and media systems.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of digital signage networks, including LED displays, media players, and content management systems.
- Manage software updates, patches, and regular maintenance tasks to ensure system integrity.
- **System Integration & Development**:

- Work with the design and engineering teams to integrate IT solutions with signage and media technologies.
- Develop and implement custom software or scripts to optimize the operation of signage systems.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead IT-related projects, including the deployment of new technologies, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of IT services.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet organizational objectives.
- **Data Management & Analytics**:

- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data generated by signage and media systems.
- Implement analytics tools to track the performance and effectiveness of digital signage campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve content delivery and audience engagement.
- **Training & Documentation**:

- Train staff on the use of IT systems and tools, including content management systems for digital signage.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT and digital signage technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on digital signage, media systems, or related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and familiarity with content management systems for digital signage.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and IT infrastructure automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.

**Application Process**:
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
