Barista Coach

Are you an EXPERT in the Art of Coffee? An experienced barista with a desire to inspire others? Can you teach and guide aspiring baristas to become experts like you?

The Barista Institute is hiring a Barista Coach to train future baristas.

The requirements:

- MUST have very good and deep knowledge of coffee history & making/brewing
- Latte Art expert
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent Time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Customer service skills
- Excellent command of English. Arabic is a plus
- Currently in the UAE

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
