Job Descriptions
- Reviewing and approving MEP design documents and specifications
- Coordination between MEP subcontractors and civil construction team with the objective of timely completion of the project as per project specifications and by meeting policies and procedures.
- Coordinating material handling, installation works, testing and commissioning to meet the contract program.
- Monitoring the materials used by subcontractors for the production to ensure all the materials comply with the project specifications.
- Ensuring the compliance with the authority requirement and attending authority inspections
- Carry out inspection for MEP contractor material along with QA/QC and consultant.
- Conducting and facilitating meeting with MEP subcontractors, client representative and/or consultants to meet site program and solve the problems that may arise.
- Ensure that MEP site instructions and non-conformance reports NCR are closed out.

Skills Required
- Having profound knowledge and experience as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer and have building construction work experience in UAE.
- Proficient in using of computer softwares related to construction works such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Must possess thorough knowledge of UAE Regulations
- Proficient in coordination with clients and consultants with excellent communication skills to drive the project according to its specifications.
- Site Experience is a MUST.
