- Conduct training sessions and internships for new workshop employees, ensuring they understand cutting techniques and safety procedures.
- Receive essential information from production workers and collaborate with the Head of Production to optimize workflow.
- Present proposals on relevant issues to the Head of Production and Production Master, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
- Adhere to all duties outlined in the job description, complying with production regulations and preventing safety violations.
- Implement measures to prevent safety violations and ensure compliance with labor discipline.
- Accurately report on the completion status of work orders and directives from enterprise management.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-5+ years of experience in the cushioned furniture industry, with a focus on fabric cutting.
- Proficiency in working with upholstery fabrics and leather.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and design cutting patterns, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address machine issues promptly and effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train and mentor new employees.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
