**To plan, organise and supervise construction of site works in the project so that they are completed within the programmed timeframe and budgeted cost levels and complying with the specifications, drawings, QA/QC, safety and environmental requirements.**

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Reports to the Construction Director.

Ø Check the progress at site and report for any problems.

Ø Ensure all workers at site are attended necessary induction.

Ø Ensure that required NOCs are in place, if applicable, before start of any activity.

Ø Review & brief the drawings and method statements to the subordinates prior to start any activity at site.

Ø Ensure that all the activities are being executed in a safe manner.

Ø Provide necessary input to the Daily Reports for submitting to the Engineer.

Ø Prepare Daily Site Report mentioning the progress, delays, resources etc.

Ø Liaise with the QA/QC department for quality issues and for the closure of any Non-Conformance.

Ø Monitor the all the activities closely to avoid any Non-Conformances.

Ø Responsible for the whole process of procurement and construction management of the project, ensuring the realization of time limit, schedule, quality, safety and civilized construction site.

Ø Organize the implementation of the project execution plan and various management measures including technology, quality, cost and safety.

Ø To preside over the project production scheduling meeting and implement the decision of the meeting. Organize project inspection regularly or irregularly.

Ø Assist project manager to establish project accounting system, strengthen cost management, budget management. Pay attention to the cost information feedback, participate in the project economic activity analysis meeting for control the cost effectively.

Ø Responsible for organizing and compiling the ‘Three Major Plans’ of the project, and effectively implementing them in the process of project execution.

Ø Responsible for the collection and arrangement of project completion data, participate in the project completion acceptance and final accounts.

**OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Ensure that all documentation follows the company’s document control procedures.

Ø Check and certify Subcontractors’ claims

Ø Attend meetings with Client / Consultant as required.

Ø Ensure correct and up-to-date drawings are used for construction

Ø Ensure preparation of adequate Site Daily Reports for submission and for internal use.

Ø Other duties as directed.

EHS Responsibilities

Ø Responsible for the implementation of EHS - CMP on site.

Ø Follow up and ensure all internal / external safety deficiencies; NCR’s risen up are closed out promptly.

Ø Monitors the safety performance of all employees on site and the implementation of company policy and directives.

Ø Ensure that all workforce and site staff members are attended safety induction course.

Ø Ensure that Toolbox meeting is conducted by construction team in regular basis.

Ø Ensure preventive maintenance for all equipment, Plants and vehicles are planned and carried out.

Ø Ensure all necessary EHS documents are obtained and available in worksite, NOC’s, latest approved drawing, Toolbox records, training, approved method statements and risk assessments, certificate...

Ø Enforce PTW System as intended in EHS-CMP.

Ø Prepare specific method statements with risk assessment for each activity prior to commencing worksite.

Ø Coordinate with Project safety manager for new machinery / equipment arrival, ensure all powered mobile equipment, Portable power tools and fixed plants are inspected and approved by Project EHS Manager prior to use.

Ø To ensure qualified personnel are assigned.

Ø Plan and arrange necessary safety measures for temporary electrical, housekeeping works, scaffolding, edge protections and access/pathway ETC in accordance to the committed EHS Plan and statutory requirements.

Ø Involved in the weekly/monthly EHS Meetings.

Ø Implementing and maintaining effective security programs to minimize a company’s financial losses, Quantify and report property loss for site senior Management and allocate appropriate resources to enable security to be implemented.

Ø Reporting EHS incident to Project EHS Manager immediately.

Ø Carry out regular site inspection, and stop work interventions for unsafe acts and conditions.

**QULIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENT**

Ø **Educational Qualification/Degree/Major**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management/Engineering Technology/Civil Engineering and other related majors.**

Ø **Job-Specific Skills/Abilities**:
Ø Relevant years of experience in building construction managing works.

Ø Good Technical and analytical skills.

Ø Cooperative and supportive.

Ø Team work and spirit required.

Ø **Specific/Relevant Working Experience: 8 Years.**
