We are looking for a talented and dedicated Delivery Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless delivery of our products to our customer. Job Description: As the Delivery Manager at Grassitup Outdoor Furniture, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery operations to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the delivery process, from order preparation to final delivery to customers' locations. - Manage and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. - Monitor and track the status of deliveries, addressing any issues or delays promptly. - Ensure the safe handling and transport of our outdoor furniture products, including proper loading and unloading procedures. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to prioritize and schedule deliveries based on customer demand. - Train and supervise delivery personnel, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and company standards. - Monitor delivery equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working order. - Manage delivery-related expenses and budgeting. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, delivery management, or related fields. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in using delivery management software and tools. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to product transportation.
