**About Yaqoot**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions using Rust and the Substrate framework.
- Work closely with other developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software that aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the blockchain space and suggest improvements to existing processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in Rust programming, with hands-on experience developing blockchain technology using the Substrate framework.
- Understanding of blockchain principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
- Experience with distributed systems and peer-to-peer networking.
- Familiarity with cryptographic libraries and security protocols pertinent to blockchain.
- Proven ability to write clear and effective documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
