**Job Overview**:
As a Pediatric Surgeon at Talentspoc, you will be responsible for providing advanced surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in treating a wide range of conditions, from simple to complex cases, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Working alongside a team of medical professionals, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform surgical procedures on pediatric patients, including pre-operative evaluation, surgery, and post-operative care
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Diagnose and treat a variety of congenital malformations, trauma, tumors, and other conditions requiring surgical intervention
- Provide detailed and timely documentation of all procedures and patient progress
- Stay current on industry advancements and best practices in pediatric surgery
- Attend and participate in medical staff meetings, conferences, and continuing education opportunities

**Requirements**:

- MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Pediatric Surgery residency program
- Board certification in Pediatric Surgery
- Current state medical license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric surgery preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
