Politely welcome patients that walk into the Pharmacy.
- Ensure that patients/visitors receive a token number at the start to manage the patient flow in the Pharmacy.
- Make sure patients always receive satisfactory service.
- Communicate with the internal team to update all patients about their prescription’s status.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and patients using a respectful tone.
- Answer questions and give information based on knowledge of hospital or department and organization regulations.
- Actively seek customer input on their needs, requirements, preferences and feedback.
- Exemplify the company’s vision, mission and values.
- Respect patient’s right to confidentiality.
- Help ensure customer requirements or expectations are met through the effective use of communication or feedback channels in accordance to company policy and procedures.
- Personally, accept responsibility for client service.
- Effectively handle or appropriately respond to stressful situations, interruptions and interactions.
- Stay up to date with process changes.
- Understand and work according to corporate policies and procedures.
Responsible to welcome patients and visitors into the Pharmacy and help generate a token number for patients for smooth operations of patient flow in the Pharmacy.
