This role requires a strong understanding of drilling techniques, wellbore hydraulics, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and execute directional drilling operations

Collaborate with engineers, geologists to design well trajectories and optimize drilling performance.

Monitor real-time drilling parameters and adjust plans as needed to achieve target objectives.

Operate and maintain drilling equipment and tools, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Perform downhole motor and rotary steerable system configurations

Prepare detailed reports on drilling performance, equipment usage, and well conditions.

**Experience**

A minimum of 8- 10 years of experience as a Directional Driller in the oil and gas industry.

Strong knowledge of directional drilling techniques, tools, and software

Familiarity with MWD (Measurement While Drilling) and LWD (Logging While Drilling) systems.

Certifications (e.g., IWCF Well Control, H2S Awareness) are preferred.
