Junior Accountant Partime

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support daily accounting duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle the processing of invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain precise and current financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Execute bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Aid in both internal and external audit processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Prior experience in a Junior Accountant or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management proficiencies.
- Capacity to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with real estate accounting principles is advantageous.
- CPA certification is a bonus.

**Important Note: 3 Hours per day work & No Visa Provided**
