**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct English Language Classes**:

- Incorporate relevant materials, activities, and assessments to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assess Student Progress**:

- Regularly evaluate and assess students' language proficiency and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress reports to parents or guardians as needed.
- **Encourage Participation**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
- Implement creative and interactive teaching techniques to keep students engaged.
- **Adapt to Student Needs**:

- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Provide additional support or challenges based on individual student requirements.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching.
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Collaborate with Team**:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching English as a second language.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience and adaptability in a diverse learning environment
