We are hiring a Finance / Accounts Manager will handle financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance for real estate projects. This role focuses on managing costs, and cash flow, and providing financial insights to support the company's real estate investments and development activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow).
- Track and report on project budgets, costs, and revenues.
- Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts and oversee monthly and yearly financial closings.
- Develop and monitor budgets for real estate projects.
- Forecast cash flow needs based on project timelines and costs.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws (including VAT) and other regulations.
- Handle tax filings and assist with audits.
- Manage relationships with banks and lenders for project financing.
- Monitor loan agreements and optimize financing costs.
- Ensure cost control by tracking project expenses and managing payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Analyze real estate investments and monitor asset performance.
- Provide recommendations on property acquisitions and sales.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred).

**Experience**: 5+ years in finance/accounting roles, with at least 2 years in real estate.

**Skills**:

- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Knowledge of real estate financial processes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
