What does this mean for you? On a daily basis, you will be taking a lot of ownership and will be deeply involved in shaping and delivering meaningful projects together with our teams and clients. You will be working with colleagues from all over the world, iterating and collaborating with designers, engineers, delivery teams, and strategy consultants.

We are now hiring for a Product Manager within our Experience practice, based in Dubai. Product Manager’s are expected to have a demonstrable level of experience and expertise in business analysis, process design, or product strategy. They proactively contribute to project work, practice development, and organizational culture, and are beginning to take a more prominent role in deliverables, activities, or initiatives within their areas of interest and expertise.

Primarily focused on their role in project teams, they work under supervision to identify business requirements, prioritize product feature sets, map business processes, and define product roadmaps. They may also assist other specialisms on projects by undertaking basic tasks such as taking notes, conducting desk research, and delivering workshops and sessions.

**Technical Skills**

Acceptance Testing:

- Follows agreed standards and techniques to devise and execute test cases and scenarios based on predefined acceptance criteria.
- Analyses and reports on test activities, results, issues and risks.

Business situation analysis:

- Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyze problems and opportunities.
- Contributes to the recommendation of improvements.
- Follows agreed standards and techniques to investigate, analyze and document business situations.
- Engages with stakeholders under direction.

Consulting:

- Independently manages and delivers specific components of consulting projects.
- Conducts in-depth analysis, interprets data, and formulates well-reasoned recommendations for clients.
- Engages with stakeholders at various levels, builds relationships, and contributes to the development of consulting strategies and proposals.

Product management:

- Creates and curates a range of media to support the promotion, marketing and sales of products or services.
- Monitors results and feedback from product campaigns.
- Applies standard techniques and tools to carry out analysis and performance monitoring activities for specified products.
- Supports problem resolution, resolves issues and acts on feedback and usage of in-life products.

Requirements definition and management:

- Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.
- Follows agreed standards and applies appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.
- Provides constructive challenges to stakeholders as required.
- Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.
- Prioritizes requirements and documents traceability to source.
- Provides input to the requirements base-line. Investigates, manages and applies authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.

User experience analysis:

- Applies standard techniques and tools for developing user stories and eliciting user experience requirements.
- Organizes and structures user experience analysis.
- Works with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and resolve conflicts.

User experience evaluation:

- Evaluates design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems, products, services or devices.
- Tests the usability and accessibility of components and alternative designs. Administers a range of evaluations, recording data and feedback.
- Analyses evaluation data and recommends actions. Identifies areas for future user research.
- Checks systems, products, services or devices for adherence to applicable standards, guidelines, style guides, and legislation.
- Evaluates the usability of existing or competitor systems to provide benchmark values and as input to design.
