**Job description**:

- Deliver an excellent IT support service for Physical Inventory Process to roll out of IT setup in new stores smoothly.
- First level support to the retail store users and other partners on retail IT framework - Wi-Fi and LAN networks.
- Ensuring users receive a timely resolution of support requests with maximum SLA compliance rate and benefit from training to enhance their use of IT facilities Escalate problems, if required
- Warranty & Asset tracking for Hardware and Software Assets.
- Assisting with maintenance and development of systems, networks, key tools.
- User support, maintaining and troubleshooting retail operations, retail systems and networks.
- Ensure all system compliances are in place within department guidelines.

**Systems Accountability**
- Applications - SAP, Microsoft Dynamics-365, Office-365 and other related Apps.
- Hardware - POS, Self-checkout, PDA, Workstations, Printers & Scanners.
- Operational Devices - Shelf Label Printers, Weighing Scales, Kiosks, Displays etc.
- IT Framework - Routers, Switches, Firewalls, ISP & Devices, Access Points, Phones etc.

**Academic and Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelors in engineering (IT or Computer Science or related fields) from a recognized university.
- Certifications in the latest technologies.

**Professional experience**
- **Minimum: 6 years of functional experience in the Retail Industry in the GCC region.**:

- Knowledge of best practices in the retail industry.
- In-depth Knowledge of Retail Industry business processes.
- ITIL, CompTIA, MCSE Preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
