**Description**

**Unit Purpose**:
Retail Banking focuses on the development and management of high-Net-Worth individual accounts by offering both assets and liabilities solutions. The unit leverages on the skills, knowledge, and expertise of its staff to grow the portfolio and increase its contribution to the overall development and profitability of the bank.

**Job Purpose**:
This job focusses on servicing the customers in all aspects: Provide product and services information, advice relevant products and services to customers to increase awareness and promote their usage. The job holder is also responsible to address customer problems and complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide end to end customer service to Account manager customers as per bank TAT’s
- Handle Product & Service-Related Queries
- Handle all requests as per new branch model rolled out.
- Address customer complaints & provide First Contact Resolution wherever possible
- Ensure end to end follow up till the customer complaint is resolved and escalate when necessary
- Follow-up with customer post complaint resolution ensuring customer experience
- Coordination with relevant departments for processing within TAT’s
- Continuous follow-up with RM’s and internal teams for documentation
- Adherence to applicable policies & procedures to safeguard bank’s interests
- Report discrepancies to management
- Always follow clean desk policy
- Continuously strive for self-development & improvement by Identifying training needs
- Attend all meetings & trainings scheduled
- Ensure no account manager customers have less than 5 products with the bank
- Ensure bank dress code is strictly followed & Customers are treated with respect & courtesy
- All data requests from head office to be attended to on priority

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors’ Degree or Postgraduate or Professional Certification
- Relevant experience in related/similar job (over 2-10 years)
- Experience in UAE in banking industry
- Banking products and services like assets, liabilities, and wealth management
- Banking operations and regulatory policies
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Client relationship management

- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
