**Puff Pastry Helper **is responsible to help with all day-to-day operations of the Puff Pastry section of our bakery. The job consists of helping the Bakers with **puff pastry, croissants,** including mixing, laminating dough every day, shaping, sheeting proofing and baking for our retail distribution.
- **Fast learner with a focus** on good presentation, paying attention to the visual finish of all pastry items.
- **Disciplined** with proper handling and storage of kitchen and baking equipment
