Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a _**Jr. Accountant**_ who has At least 2 years experience in accounting field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing Vendor Bills and their prepayment booking.
- Recording of Sales Invoices and processing Pro forma Invoices of customers.
- Reconciling SOA of vendors and communicating for discrepancy as and when required.
- Providing Receipts for Fund Deposits by Distributors.
- Maintain Petty Cash Entries in Oracle.
- Ensuring Documents are acceptable for Payment Process.
- Filing of Bills in Hierarchical Order.
- Stock Take of finished goods and reconciliation on monthly basis
- Ensuring that all documents for bills are supported by proper documents
- Oracle ERP Direct Role - Handling the AP Invoice user
- Assisting the seniors as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Atleast 2 years experience in accounting field
- Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Knowledge in Accounting Software.
- Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
