Secretary/receptionist

A Secretary is a professional who **provides behind-the-scenes work for an office**.
Their tasks include following:
- organizing files
- preparing documents
- managing office supply inventory
- scheduling appointments
- meeting and greeting the guests at the office, arranging water and coffee/tea
- arranging a meeting room
- arranging of couriers/deliveries
- accompany the guests for medical and biometrics
- arranging a driver for guests and follow up their safe arrival and return
- scanning of documents
- correspondence with clients
- day-to-day operational job of the office
- respectful communication with clients
- keeping records of the expenses of the company ( management and personnel)
**Skills**:Fluent English (Speaking and Typing)
Knowledge of Android and ios devices - fast synchronization with all
Quick response and quick action - it is a multitasking job that requires good memory and attention to details
Knowledge of Excel and Word - to prepare letters, letterheads, presentations, tables, and formulas in Excel
We do provide compensation for transport expenses monthly and monthly phone subscription with calls and data.
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
