RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and schedule carpentry projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and communicate deliverables.
- Organize and schedule resources, including carpenters, equipment, and materials, to ensure they are available when needed.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the job site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
