Head of Ai

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the bank's AI and conversational banking strategy in collaboration with the senior management team.
- Drive innovation and research in AI and conversational banking technologies to enhance the bank's customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and conversational banking solutions across various channels, including mobile, web, and voice.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers to enhance the bank's AI and conversational banking capabilities.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the bank's senior management team on the latest AI and conversational banking trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, and conversational banking technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of data scientists and software developers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of AI and conversational banking technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and research in AI and conversational banking technologies.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
