- Respond to client queries
- Promote retail products and services
- Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule
- Conduct confirmation calls
- Conduct check in, check out and payment procedures
- Ensure that the client bookings are done as per the policy.
- Conduct retail sales procedures
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
- Manage client profiles
- Prepare daily reports
- Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu
- Reference and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
- Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends.
**Qualifications**:
Degree /Diploma, qualifications in cosmetology or related discipline preferred
Experience
2-3 years of experience in customer service/reception in a service industry

- Telephone system operations
- Business writing
- Typing ( >50 words per minute)
- Computer literate (mid-advanced level) including databases
