To prepare the required food items and make sure to follow the Operational Restaurant Standard.
- Minimize waste by controlling the production, proper storage in refrigeration and proper food handlings.
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality, and administrative functions
- Experience in Italian Cuisine is an advantage
- Must have working experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Regularly checks and prepares stock's needed.
- To assist the Head Chef and kitchen team members.
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Cleaning and sanitation procedures at all times are needed
- Responsible for storing food products in the designated area.
- Knowledge of the products & cooking methods.
- Can work under pressure with supervision
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Can join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
