Maintenace Technichian

**Job Title: Water Bottling Plant Technician - Location: Oman**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on bottling line equipment, conveyors, pumps, valves, and piping.
- Conduct predictive maintenance using vibration analysis and thermal imaging.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and perform adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and maintain water quality parameters (pH, TDS, chlorine, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure plant cleanliness and sanitation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols (lockout/tagout, PPE, etc.).
- Assist production staff with equipment operation, changeovers, and start-ups.
- Optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.

**Qualities and Requirements for the position**:

- Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical aptitude.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMI, and control systems.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to work responsibly in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends.
