**Position: Construction Sales Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Meeting Contractors on Project Sites: Actively engage with contractors and potential clients on project sites to understand their requirements and promote our services and arrange meetings.

2. Weekly Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on your activities, meetings, and progress to your immediate supervisor on a weekly basis.

3. Follow-up: Continuously follow up with leads, clients, and partners to nurture relationships and keep the lines of communication open.

4. Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and other strategic methods to expand our client base.

5. Details of Prospect Leads: Maintain a comprehensive database of prospect leads, including their contact information, requirements, and interactions, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

6. Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our services and addressing their specific needs.

7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

8. Assisting Marketing Executive: Idea generation on how to promote the company profile on digital platforms.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:
**Preferred**:

- Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Experience setting ladders and climbing roofs

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
- Driving License with own car
