Looking for a Professional Draftsman (Arch.) with UAE Experience. (Male / Female)

REQUREMENTS

Minimum qualification 3 years diploma.

Minimum UAE 2 to 3 years’ experience. (contacting or construction company)

UAE Valid Driving License is plus point.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Preparing As built Drawing, Design Drawing.

2- Conduct on-site measurements independently.

3- Preparing Presentation Drawings in Auto CAD using by

Adobe Photo Shop.

4- Preparing Shop Drawings (Ceramic, False Ceiling, Furniture, RCP, Block Work, Slab Edge, Section, Elevation, detail etc)

5- Co-Ordination Architectural Drawings with Structural & MEP Drawings.

6- Take-off The Arch. / Stru. Quantity.

7- Maintain project documents.

8- Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with project managers and design consultants.

9- Base on hand sketches make the Auto CAD Drawing.

10- Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project managers, etc.

11- After 2d make the 3d model and render it and also 360 panoramic view.

12- 3d model converts to 3d animation with the high-quality video.

13- make sure to use auto cad last version and SketchUp or 3d max and Lumion etc software and Revit arch plus point.

14- Expert in 2d and 3d planning and designing.

15- Able to work at time on multiple projects.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
