Master Carpenter

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Design, fabricate, and install wooden structures and furniture.
- Oversee junior carpenters and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of carpentry experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of woodworking materials and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: AED 1,700 - 2,500 (based on experience)

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- UAE: 3 years (preferred)
