**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Associate at Aysha Fashion, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner, offering personalized fashion recommendations.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and helping customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Utilizing your fluency in Arabic to connect with UAE customers, understanding their preferences, and exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must, allowing you to effectively communicate and connect with our UAE customer base.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and the ability to convey your passion to customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic is a must, allowing you to effectively communicate and connect with our customer base.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
