**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple structural design projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee the structural design process, including conceptual design, detailed design, and coordination with other engineering disciplines. Ensure designs meet all relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers and designers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables through rigorous review and validation processes. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, SE) are preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards. Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
