**Responsibilities**
- Working with clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints.
- Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page.
- Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date.
- Building 3D models using 3D and BIM software
- Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers.
- Gathered outdoor living design goals from clients and explained the options.
- Communicated effectively with the clients about the changes made to design after initial approval meetings.
- Landscape study of areas around buildings and gardens
- Calculate estimated project quantities and costs.

**Requirements of Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in an architectural or outdoor living design firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Revit LOD of 500
- Strong portfolio of previous work, with examples of successful projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Experience with Revit
- Experience with BIM
- Creation of Parametric Families
- Working knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with building codes and accessibility standards

B. Arhchitecture, BIM, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
