**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor the Coordination of production workflow for products.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Schedule shift according to production needs.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they are finished on time and within budget.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Properly segregate and identify the products which are accepted, waiting inspection, rejected, raw material, work in progress, and finished goods, etc.
- Ensure product is properly handled and stored to prevent damage, contamination, and/or loss.
- Ensure all pathways/aisles cleared of stock with easy access to all firefighting facilities in case of emergency.
- Prepare bill of material, coordinate with accounts to receive cost of product, create marginal cost sale of product & provide quotation to sales team as per their enquiries.
- Receive orders from sales, warehouse & plan accordingly for production.
- Assist in planning procurement of raw material by analyzing frequency of orders.
- Ensure & determine utilization of non-moving items, rerunning of defective items.
- Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
- Ensure practice of FIFO.
- Learn new process & equipment as operations expand and carry out any other responsibilities that seniors may assign you from time to time.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
- Proactively identify of risk and develop plan to mitigate and direct preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Production and RM Planning
- Preferably with experience in FMCG Industries
