Gx Instructor

We are currently recruiting **GX Instructor** at Wellfit - Sharjah.

Job responsibilities
- Assist members in developing personal fitness goals and serve as a liaison to members.
- Coach classes as per coaching schedule and in line with class brief and WOW.
- Prepare for each session ensuring proper time management, correct coaching points for each movement and all scaled options for prescribed movements.
- Observe, then coach and correct member’s form as needed; never allow a member to continue a movement with incorrect and/or dangerous form.
- Provide direction and support for all members to ensure they feel safe with a clear plan.
- Provide advice and support to members as appropriate in areas of expertise.
- Assist in creating and delivering extra signature programs and events to foster a community of active living.

**Salary**: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- similar role: 3 years (preferred)
- Coaching Les Mills or other Fitness brand: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Les Mills programs or any fitness conditioning qualification (preferred)
- PT Level 3 & First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Licenses and Certificates Les Mills (preferred)
