Livery Manager

**Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club ** has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Livery Manager** (or Livery & Equestrian Facility Manager).

This role will include onsite accommodation and with a start date of July or August 2024.

The successful applicant will support the Equestrian Director in all equestrian and facility maintenance matters, utilising all horse knowledge, education and work experience to ensure:

- a superior service to members, riders and livery owners by offering sound horse knowledge, advice and supervision;
- a friendly, fair and harmonious work environment for all team members
- growth and development of people riding and horses boarding in the livery section with the objective of improving the services provided and increasing revenue and profit.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Coaching
- Riding
- Livery Stable Management
- Staff & Team Development

**The Club is seeking an individual with**:

- at least four (4) years of experience in a similar role,
- BHS Stage 4 or Equivalent,
- Specialisation in Equine Management, Coaching and Riding,
- Team Management, Competition Coaching, Competition Organisation

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
