This role is responsible to lead, plan, manage and organise Inventory for the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial goals**
- Check the inventory daily and advise the sales team to the dead stock or non-movement items to move.
- Tracking movement of stock in daily basis and add items in requirement list.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and aging stock.
- Providing Weekly MIS on Stock Positions, Stock Coverage and Pipeline stock to management for timely action.
- Leading the Stock Count activities across the warehouses to ensure proper stock position is reflected by the books.
- Proper reconciliation of stocks between SAP and physical stock.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders.
- Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

**Cross functional support**
- Co-ordinating with the purchase department on ordering new items and increasing SKUs to the inventory.
- Coordinating with respective user department to ensure release of correct VIN no. s.

**Process**
- Be attuned to the changes and the process involved for procurement and logistics.
- Develop mechanisms, policies, and procedures to enhance compliance to the requirements of the finance functions.
- Implement and drive improvements in the core inventory control processes and reporting for the business.
- Must understand how to acquire, organize, and manage data to integrate multiple platforms so that data is easily accessible.

**Background, Knowledge, and Skills**

**Minimum experience**
- 4+ years of experience in related field

**Skills**
- Exposure in ERP environment is a must (SAP is preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is desirable.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, capacity to read and interpret data.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with complexity, work together within a team and customer service orientation.
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
