**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Management**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of villa development projects from concept to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Team Coordination & Leadership**:

- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure seamless communication.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards specific to the UAE.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure construction is in accordance with design specifications and project requirements.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and budget status.
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed to minimize impact on project delivery.
- **Budget & Cost Management**:

- Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Approve expenditures and manage project-related financial documentation.
- Prepare and submit budget forecasts and financial reports as required.
- **Project Delivery**:

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project handover processes, including final inspections and client sign-offs.
- Oversee project closeout procedures, including documentation and post-project evaluations.

**Preferences and Conditions**

**Requirement**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 20-25 years of experience with a focus on villa development projects in the UAE and strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in the UAE. UAE driving License is mandatory.
