Job Title: Industrial Nurse*

*Job Description:*

*Overview:*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Nurse to join our team. The Industrial Nurse will be responsible for providing healthcare services, promoting wellness programs, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This role is vital in managing workplace health concerns and fostering a culture of safety and wellness.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Healthcare Services:*
- Provide immediate medical care to employees for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings, such as blood pressure checks, vision tests, and hearing tests.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and first aid as needed.

2. *Health and Wellness Programs:*
- Develop and implement health promotion programs, including smoking cessation, weight loss, and stress management.
- Educate employees on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
- Organize and conduct wellness workshops and seminars.

3. *Safety and Compliance:*
- Monitor and manage compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Conduct workplace hazard assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees.

4. *Occupational Health:*
- Collaborate with management to identify and address workplace health risks.
- Conduct workplace ergonomics evaluations and recommend improvements.
- Provide guidance on workplace accommodations for employees with health conditions.

5. *Emergency Preparedness:*
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Train employees on emergency response, including CPR and first aid.
- Coordinate with local healthcare facilities and emergency services as needed.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proficiency in first aid and emergency care.

*Skills:*
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and maintaining accurate records.

*Work Environment:*
- The role may require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Exposure to various workplace environments, including production areas, offices, and outdoor settings.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ELIGIBILITY OR DOH (required)
