**Looking for interior Architect Draughtsman for Interior Fit Out Company - **Applicant **Who can join immediately without 1 Month Notice.**

Creative Concepts is Interior Fit Out /Joinery / Corian company based in Al Quoz that is looking to expand its operations and is currently hiring for the below role:

- Must have a minimum 5 years working for a Interior Fit Out and must have proven experience in successful completion of high end residential and commercial projects. Project references and details will be asked during the interview.
- Must be able to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fit Out projects. Should have completed a minimum of 20 high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to work Industry timings as per the project requirements.
- Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards in finishes and experienced in working with the Fit Out, Joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the project.
- Must be practical and should be able to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
- Preparing Shop Drawings/As-built drawings/Perspective for Approvals to Local Authority, Facility Management and Clients.
- Preparation of concept drawings & site visits
- Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions.
- Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches.
- Experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, Joinery & HVAC Drawing Production in CAD.
- Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials - if required.
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site or materials.
- Must be able to prepare free hand section details for the team on-site
- Must be able to Execute the design to practical sizes and materials.
- Knowledge of creating BOQ's and Cutting list
- Prepare transmittal and drawing submission for DCD/DM & Others Community Management approvals.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in the successful execution of high-end residential projects, hospital, University, Commercial and hotels projects - Private and Government project.
- Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic
- Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years minimum UAE experience.
- The designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments.
- Knowledge in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry.
- Self reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modeling, Photoshop Adobe, Microsoft office
- Design knowledge for Safety & Aesthetics, follow UAE Authority Guidelines
- General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry & competition
- Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must
- Good communication and presentation Skills - Verbal & Written
- Fluency in English, IT Literate, and ability to respond quickly to immediate requirements.
- Work Cooperative with others
