Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure effective conflict resolution.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance review processes, provide guidance to managers, and support employee development.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and organize training initiatives to develop employee skills and competencies.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits programs, and compensation strategies.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR databases, and prepare HR reports.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or a related role in UAE
- **Certification**: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
