**Eligibility Criteria**:
At least 2 years relevant teaching experience, focusing on AP Economics

A dynamic and engaging teaching style

A proactive personality type with a knack for innovation and creative thinking

Effective communication skills

An enthusiasm for learning

Patience, sincerity, and compassion

Understanding curriculum requirements and creating syllabus, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements.

Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.

Deliver AP Economics lessons to the high school students.

Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track

Tutor students and ensure good teaching quality.

Communicate with parents and teachers, reflect on problems in time

Attending meetings,training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing education initiatives.
