Victorian International School Sharjah has been providing excellence in education since 2007 and has recently been expanding its campuses. In August 2023 it will open an amazing new purpose built campus looking to establish itself as one of the leading schools in the northern emirates and wider regions. The new Primary campus will be an Australian curriculum school under the internationally renowned International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP) framework. It will open to Grade 4 in its initial year.

Role:
The Assistant Head will contribute to the overall management of the school through involvement in policy formulation and implementation and decision making in their relevant sub-school and contribute as a member of the Campus SLT.
Leading and managing their in their respective areas of curriculum and/or wellbeing to meet the aims of the school.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Senior leader
- Registration in an education body preferred (ie VIT, QTS etc)
- Australian and/or IB curriculum experience a distinct advantage
- Previous experience in a start up school an advantage
- Previous international experience welcomed although not essential
