**Product Development**:

- Formulate new cosmetic products (e.g., creams, lotions, perfumes, makeup) in line with market trends and customer needs.
- Reformulate existing products to improve quality, stability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct research to explore innovative ingredients and technologies.
- **Product Testing & Evaluation**:

- Perform stability testing, compatibility testing, and efficacy studies on formulations.
- Ensure all formulations meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage technical reports, product specifications, and documentation.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team to scale up formulations from laboratory to production scale.
- Support Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams in troubleshooting and resolving formulation issues during production.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop product descriptions and ensure the feasibility of product claims.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure formulations comply with relevant cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, REACH, EU Cosmetics Regulation).
- Keep updated on new legislation, guidelines, and trends within the cosmetic industry.
- **Innovation & Research**:

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and new raw materials.
- Research and recommend new active ingredients and product technologies that align with company objectives.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple formulation projects simultaneously, from concept to final product launch.
- Coordinate product timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and provide regular updates to management.

**Cost Management**:

- Optimize formulations to reduce costs without compromising product quality.
- Negotiate with suppliers to source new and existing raw materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cosmetic formulation or R&D in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, ingredients, and regulations.
- Familiarity with stability testing, safety assessments, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cosmetic: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Chemical graduation certificate (preferred)
